Hello Crunchyroll Premium users,

Many of you including myself are experiencing a higher rate of lagg/video shutter issues. I just want all of you to know, that unless we speak up, our issues won't be heard. We pay for this service meaning we are the customers and are a huge part of the success of this company.

I for one am tired of the constant shuttering while trying to watch an episode hosted on this site. Especially if I am paying for a better service and this this is what I've been getting for the past week.

So please don't sit idle and wait for something to happen and let this issue become a priority on the fix list.
