Depending on whoever is doing the cooking, you better hope so?

Thanksgiving day my dad and stepmom come over and it is just us. Usually we watch a movie and eat, but the TV died...so not sure what we are gonna do other than chit-chat this go around.
We aren't fixing Turkey. Instead my husband is cooking stuffed pork loin (stuffed with spinach, feta, mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese), spinach spanikopitas, spiral ham, stuffing, mashed taters, green bean casserole, corn, deviled eggs, meatballs, yeast rolls...I am sure I am forgetting something. Pumpkin pie for dessert.

Day after Thanksgiving always goes to my sister - she has my mom and stepdad and my mom's side of the family over and we have the full 9 million course turkey dinner...so I always leave there and crash for about an hour nap afterwards.
None of the family really does the dreaded Black Friday shopping...we are more content to mill around and eat (and order our Christmas presents online to avoid lines and hassle).

Happy Turkey Day!

Thanksgiving at my house...... Food, Food, Food, Sleep. Then dinner. Overeating is not a problem, once I feel full I stop. That said, that takes a while...
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Since I'm the only person in my entire family that lives in Georgia, and I couldn't make the trip to visit, I'm eating with a family I volunteer at church with.

That being said, it's a toss up as to how much I'll eat. I've had food cooked by them before and it's been good, but don't know what they'll be making.
