So I ordered the All Access deal just a bit ago, and it comes up twice in my order list. One is the normal order number you'd see in the shop (a string of numbers), and the other is an A followed by a shorter string of numbers (seems to be the format for subscriptions).

My shop order says Paid Pending Fulfillment, while the subscription order says Fulfillment Error, with no other details. I currently do not have access since it's all pending.

EDIT: Whoa, now I'm seeing a bunch of these subscription order numbers with Fulfillment Error. Seems there must be some sort of system error :p

I'm just glad it wasn't only me. Watching these fulfillment error orders pile up is...a bit disconcerting

Hey guys,

We are aware of this issue and it results when an incomplete billing address is entered. Have you checked to make sure that your billing addresses were completely filled out? You should still be able to get your memberships, it just might take a while to clear.

Be prepared to see a *lot* of these cropping up then, because I definitely never omitted or deleted any part of my billing address on my card.

I'm really unhappy that any part of my credit card information stored to the site was able to be altered in any way, even if it was just a deletion of several lines of info.

Some trust has been lost due to this.

Strange...I wonder how my billing address was cleared. I've purchased quite a bit so my billing info should have been there. Well I updated it, so hopefully it goes through soon :)

Btw Balzack thanks for the code! But I probably wont get around to using it, especially if this clears in the next day or so Someone else can probably make better use of it ^^

Same here. I have the same "Fulfillment Error" 4 times in a row in my Order History and I bought a lot of stuff in the store in the past, I'm pretty sure I did everything the same way as always...

No matter how many times I fill in the blanks on my billing information (The Zip and State fields have been removed from my previously stored information) and get the "Information Saved"-message, the fields reset to blanks after a page refresh, making it impossible to even complete the checkout. Where in the support-queue am I?

I had to delete my card altogether and re-enter it to be able to fill in my billing address information. My payment was accepted a few hours later (but I had also sent in an email to support asking them to look into it for me).

I tried to use slot #2 for re-entering. There none of the information got saved. Not even the roll-down with country got saved.

This just happened to me also. I was waiting for the deal to go on sale like this! I used paypal.... and its still giving me these fulfillment errors. Hopefully it was it will clear eventually. I just contacted support

I have a similar? but different problem with the All-Access Deal.

So I'm trying to get the 12-Month All-Access Membership but after I fill out my billing details and hit checkout, I get this message: "Sorry, there was no response from the payment gateway. Please try again later."

I first tried about an hour ago with the same result. I've tried using chrome browser and explorer.

Anyone have a similar problem?
