Hi

today I just bought the 69.99 all access 12 months promo.

like others I did not want the auto renew so I did cancel it via cancel recurring subscription (service)

and BOOM!! all of my premium service is gone. can somebody kindly please help me on this matter.

Contact customer support directly using the Contact Us link. That's the fastest way to get this resolved.

Just want to make sure, but did the button say "Cancel Membership Renewal" like in the pic below?



I'm actually interested in stopping my "renewal" as well, but if that button completely halts my subscription as well, then I guess I'll have to send a message to customer support to stop the "renewal" for me, as well as complain a bit since the word choice is a bit misleading! XD

Did you do this before or after purchasing the Black Friday subscription deal? (It appears you did it after, but I wanted to verify).

If the former, did you happen to have less than 30 days remaining on your subscription?


My understanding is that if you have less than 30 days left, it reverts to cancelling the subscription (but the button should have reverted to "cancel subscription"), so if you had more than that, there is apparently an error in the system CR needs to address.

In any case, CR customer service will be able to get you fixed up once you contact them with the details.

BTW, I note you were still showing as a premium member when I posted this reply. Did they fix it already, or are you using a 48 hour guest pass, or something else?

this same thing happened to me yesterday. bought membership November 30, 2013. Cancelled recurring membership December 1, 2013 and the entire Premium status went bye bye.

I sent support an email yesterday but have yet to hear back (i'm thinking the long weekend and many others like myself caused a huge influx in emails, creating a delay)

This has been an issue since at least 21012. When will they fix this? This issue makes me anxious to sign up for another one year subscription.

The site will not let me cancel recurring payments. I have tried other browers, and incognito window and still telling me to click below to cancel, there is nothing else to click I filled out all 4 things. Please help me cancel my recurring payment.
