You can't produce then adopt.
You can't produce then you can have more sex as you please.

I would still love the person even if he's sterile. Why let go of all the wonderful moments you spent with that person, because of that. Will just adopt instead. I've always wanted to adopt a child from a different country either way.

Without even thinking, yes. I wouldn't have to worry about accidental pregnancy sand I don't even like young kids. Maybe I can adopt a dog instead.

People make it seem like adopting is so easy. To answer your question, No.

It would be complicated for me, as I would like to have kids someday. But with surrogate mothers and such, I think there may be a way to make it happen.

Just wondering, did you know that the poll section would actually be a better area for this?

No, I've never posted a forum thingy, so I have no idea how. x.x

I don't agree that the poll section would be be better for this. Here's why (put behind spoiler because it got kind of long and I don't want to totally derail the thread with a meta discussion):

I'd stick with them too, I've always preferred the idea of adoption.
(I made the thread from the curiosity that spawned reading the other post.)

Because I've never particularly wanted children (and don't have any), I feel confident saying that for me this would never be a deal-breaker. But I've also known enough people who have had trouble having children through natural conception for a variety of reasons, that I know it is not a simple matter for many people, and can be a big source of stress in relationships. It could even be really difficult if one doesn't oneself care about about having children (or one's own biological children) to deal with a partner who themselves felt strongly about having children in a typical "natural" way and then discovers that they can't.

Just make sure partner is clean and healthy. Hopefully they don't sleep around too. STIs are nasty little buggers. x___x

Yes. I don't want kids (and luckily my partner agrees with me on that), so it doesn't really matter to me. Even if I did want kids, there's always adoption, and I feel like other aspects of a person (personality, interests, etc.) are far more important than their physical body.

Yes. It would be nice to have a kid, but it's not my priority. If ever I find someone to love like that, I would probably stick with him. I am quite stubborn and too strong-willed to give up what I want sometimes. We can always adopt, or consider AI.

Of course I would. Love makes the world go around. There are other methods services provide, such as adoption.
