I purchased a $6.95 1-month recurring membership and I got the confirmation email that thanked me for my purchase and welcomed me to my membership.

The problem is, I can't watch any premium videos, as if I were a regular member. Even on my account, it doesn't show my membership and lists me as a regular member.

I would just like to know what is going on? What did my $6.95 do for me?

If there is anyone else experiencing this, please comment below, as this is a major annoyance and needs to be seen.

I would use the /contact form to work out account/billing issues, rather than the forum, especially if the issue doesn't sort itself out before tomorrow morning.

In some cases it may take up to a day for the subscription to become active. Make sure to check your bank account or balance to make sure the transaction got through. If not I would contact customer support.

Yeah thanks, I filled out a contact form already. Was just curious if others experienced the same thing, rather me being the outlier.

Well that kinda sucks
I think you should just wait and see if the subscription goes through... Hopefully it will.

But what confuses me is...well. Shouldn't you have that "free trial" activate first? I will assume you didn't since you probably would have complained before you were actually charged anything...

So that leaves me to believe that you had another premium account on CR before. This would seem make the most sense, because to my knowledge CR will recognize specific payment information that has been tied to a free trial in the past.

So if this actually a problem, and if this scenario is the case; that might be why the problem is occurring. Can you give more details? This will help CR fix the problem before it happens to anybody else.

Farbten try and log out and log back in, That was the problem when I couldn't watch any premium videos. I have a ipad to watch crunchyroll so you must log out on each thing related to crunchyroll then log back in.

Hmm.. I do have another free trial CR account with another email address. Because my original wasn't working after I purchased it, I tried to create a new free trial and use the same credit info and see if it worked that way.

Aside from that, this current account has had previous premium membership back in August 2013. I am trying to email support right now, I'll update with more details.

It's because you had two accounts and were logged onto the wrong one. I've gifted you a 30 day membership on this account and deleted the other since we do not allow users to have more than one account. So you should be able to use your Premium Membership now.
