Hi, I get the error "Invalid registration code" when I try to activate my tv.

This TV was previously of my brother and he had an crunchyroll account on it, but he canceled his account yesterday without deactivate the TV ¬_¬ and now i cant activate the app with my account.

how can solve my problem?

If he simply cancelled his account, he should still be able to log in and deactivate it on this page:
https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=devices

** update ** I emailed Bjaker and it was resolved within 5 minutes, Thanks Bjaker!

I too am having the same issue. However in my case, I had two accounts, one was deleted by support upon request; this account had the device activated. Now I am using a new and different account however I am receiving the same error message when submitting my TV Code onto the link www.crunchyroll.com/activate. I emailed support and they asked me to un-install and re-install the application which did nothing for me. Please help.
