Hello, Im new to crunchyroll and just wanted to what you guys like to watch currently. I was watching things like Dragonball Z,Guyver,Fist of the North Star, Deviman, Miyazaki Movies(Nausicaa, Castle Cagliastro, Princess Mononoke) and shadow skill series. I noticed I mostly like remakes of my childhood favorites. Its hard to order, the list can be shuffled depending on my mood. My current favorites are:

1.Fate Zero#
2.Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood#
3.Jojo's Bizarre Adventure(especially season 2 battle tendency)
4.Fist of the North Star (Movie remakes)
5.Hunter X Hunter#
6.Guyver(Remake Show)
7.Lupin the third Movies/Specials(liked last job, stolen lupin)
8.Dragonball Z Battle of the Gods
9.Hajime no Ippo#
10.Golgo 13(Show)

Honorable Mentions:Deadman Wonderland, Naruto(was really good, than got bad hunter x hunter is better),PsychPass(can't wait for season 2), Grappler Baki, Full Metal Alchemist Series 1

Fate Zero was so unexpectedly good for me. Recently I watched FMA Brotherhood in a week(what a great vacation) Hunter X Hunter in 2 weeks(before and after work and me and my Brother watched Jojo's Bizarre Adventure battle tendency 3 times already. What do you guys like to watch out of anime from the last 5-10 years?

Not counting what is currently airing this season(cause we don't know how they will end), my favorites would be:

1) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
2) Gurren Lagann
3) Spice and Wolf
4) Samurai Champloo
5) Another
6) Genshiken
7) Welcome to the NHK
8) Panty & Stocking w/ Garterbelt
9) The Eccentric Family
10) Silver Spoon

Those last two are the most recent ones, airing just this past summer.

Though this list is certain to change. One of the bottom two will be kicked out as Kill la Kill moves into this list if the show keeps up its quality.

MagnaAnima-If going by sentimental value DBZ would be my number one, thats why I try not to include the older stuff . How long did it take you to get into Steins Gate? I keep on trying to watch it, but it seems to be a slow starter.

Not counting what airing ATM, but there is a few that could go on this list. The top five are for sure the rank I would put them after that it gets less concrete and there are few I almost put on there instead.

1. FMA/FMA Brotherhood - I've only seen them both once so I would have to rewatch them both to figure which one I liked better
2. Clannad/AS
3. Trigun
4. Kamichu
5. Disappearance of Haruhi Suzimiya - The TV show is alright, but the movie is a masterpiece
6. Sound of the Sky
7. A Certain scientific Railgun
8. Shakugan No Shana
9. Fullmetal Panic
10. Birdy the Mighty Decode

My Current (and constantly changing) Top 10 List:

1. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - This is what got me as heavily involved with anime as I am now. Before I just stayed with the usual show that was shown on tv and never ventured out past it, and I was slowly dwindling in interest with anime in general around the time I saw this by chance... It was the first anime I ever followed on a weekly basis (happened around the start of R2.)

2. Baccano! - I think I saw this anime over 20 times... in the span of a year and a half... <.<'

3. Fate/Zero - I got into this and Fate/Stay Night at the same time... Fate/Zero is a lot better than the original anime... and then I played the FSN visual novel... Holy lord was that a good run through....

4. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - I liked the original series when I watched it on Adult Swim... till the cruddy ending and even cruddier movie continuation... I kinda burned out form FMA after that, but I heard s many good things about Brotherhood, and knew the manga was very different that I took a chance and bought the first DVD volume and then the second... and then, well... you get the idea. A vast improvement is an understatement.

5. Cowboy Bebop - It is still as awesome as it was the first time I saw it... One of the best series ever.

6. Psycho-Pass - My favorite anime from last year. Great atmosphere and tone setting series. Love the ambiguity of right and wrong all through the series, too. Made for some interesting drama.

7. Gosick - Watched this because I was bored over this summer. Never heard about it before I saw it, and knew nothing about it... The best way to keep me interested in a series is to catch my attention in the first few episodes... It sure did that and it took me on a long and detailed journey that was certainly worth the time I spent watching the series.

8. Toradora! - This is hands down my favorite romantic comedy series.

9. Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Well written characters that get you invested in what is happening, a great plot progression, and quite a serious setting with a lot of weight behind everything that definitely kills the first impressions that the anime has just by looking at the cover. Some dark shit, man... The Urobutcher gets three series on my list that he is responsible for... the bastard... XD

10. FLCL - Yeah, I KINDA know what is going on... it is still really crazy, though. XD

Now, as I am a Johnny come-lately, I just started watching Attack on Titan recently... Shut up... <.< I am half way through the series now, and, well.... Once I am finished, I have a very strange feeling that it will be cracking my Top 10 at the very least. Heck, it already has, but I have to wait and see the whole series first before I can confidently put it on a list like this.

Am I the only one not watching Attack on Titan? Me and my brother started watching it as we found the premise hilarious, but stopped watching after episode 5(just kinda got boring to me) I love the animation and op though.

I have no idea what my top 10 would be, but TTGL and NGE would definitely be up there. If movie series count, then Kara no Kyoukai would be very high on that list too.

I never bothered to watch it. I just read the manga which was decent for a while. But I dropped it a few months back.
