Short and sweet. If you run into delays with a scheduled release please consider posting a news article and sending it out through social media sites so your customers know what's going on.

There's usually a message on the episode page. I don't think that big a news blast is required, but maybe changing the preview image in users' queue from "Coming Soon" to "Delayed" might be a nice, easy way to let people know.

That would also work. With valvrave yesterday they they completely got rid of the episode so it didn't show up in the queue at all. News articles aren't that big of a deal though.
