Hello, I just joined crunchyroll about two months back and have recently discovered that instead of charging me a fee of 6.95$ each month as the Anime Membership plan promises, membership has started charging me 6.95$ every two weeks usually between 12-15 days which I believe was not what I agreed too as the plan explicitly said "6.95 monthly"

Have you signed up on multiple accounts?

Thank you for the advice. Apparently, this is what happened. I had previously created another account which I was going to use for premium membership until I found out that I could no longer access it through my playstation 3. I was 99% sure I deleted my membership and created a new one but apparently I had not or Crunchyroll didn't go all the way through with it. Anyway I'm just glad I don't have to deal with that anymore. (Would be fun if Crunchyroll gave me a trophy like "Over-Achiever" since I paid them seven dollars extra for no reason.)

It might be worthwhile to go ahead and contact customer service and explain the situation. If they confirm no activity on that other account during the subscription period, they might refund the payment.
