I recently preordered a figure through Crunchyroll because of years of excellent service and a very generous discount. However I have read some members' discontent with preordering through the site due to delays. Manufacturer delays are not a concern to me because they are out of Crunchyroll's control, however I am concerned with the possibility of delay, or possible inability to fulfill order due to high demand. The figure in question is: http://www.crunchyroll.com/store/p/72302/Garden-of-Sinners-Shiki-Ryougi-Dreamy-Reminants-of-Daily-Ani-Statue

I have 3 questions concerning this figure.

1) Are you allowed to disclose the current popularity of the figure? I reasoned that if the figure is receiving a large number of preorders then it is more likely for the figure to sell out.

2) Are buyers that preorder earlier guaranteed to have their order filled before those that preorder later? 4 months ahead of the release date seems like a pretty early time to preorder, and I would feel much more confident with my purchase if I has assured that by preordering earlier I have decreased the chances of the order not being filled due to limited stock.

3) When will you all know how many figures you will receive and will we be notified if high demand has caused a delay? This is a figure I am very excited to add to my collection and in the event the order cannot be fulfilled here I would like to have enough time to explore other options.

It may seem that I am being over-paranoid about this order and that if I am so concerned about Crunchyroll's service then I should order the figure from someone else, but I do feel passionate about supporting Crunchyroll over other sites because of my history with them.

Howdy!!

So, hopefully this will help answer your questions...

We work directly with companies like Good Smile and Bluefin to secure our product.

For a figure we will negotiate a set number. Let's just go with 100.

We will set our stock at 100 and sell until those are sold out. If we can get more, we'll replenish the number, if we are not the status will be Add to Wishlist.

If for some reason the producer is unable to fulfill the promised quantity, only then will we cancel / refund orders.

So as long as you are able to add something to your cart, you shouldn't have to worry about it being cancelled.

Best,
