I tried seeking help everywhere, I sincerely hope to god this works. As posted on another site...

Basically I've been using their Premium Services for a month now, and have set it to charge me at the end of every month. Sounds good. Ok...I decide to go see if something was wrong by attempting to renew my membership, but it would not let me, claiming I was already a Premium Member. Have you tried contacting Billing Support
If not, then you need to do so as only they will be able to remedy this situation. You're only being "ripped off" if it happens on a recurring basis. If you have tried contacting Billing Support and they haven't done anything, you may also have to contact Technical Support for account related issues.

and where do i contact them? Can you give me a link? You can clearly see I am a premium member by my star, and hell, it even says ''Exclusive Streams for me'', and it doesn't even show ADs. I think this is some ridiculous bug.

All devices other than the ORIGINAL device count as peripheal devices and I do believe you are limited on how many you can have. For me it's a PC, Laptop, Android Phone, and a Roku. That's 4 devices right there.

First: Since this is a support question this thread will probably be relocated as soon as a mod sees it. Probably at least.

Second: You'd only be "ripped off" if you were billed for a membership, and then you were not allowed to see the current episode of a simulcast, got ads on everything else, had ads on the website, etc etc.

So my guess is:
A: It's just a bug, contact support to remedy this. (Should be able to do that by the Support column on the bottom of the webpage and using Contact Us.
B: Check to see if the message you received from CR is legit. I have not seen it from CR before but it happens all the time with say like World of Warcraft where someone somehow finds your e-mail and sends to a scam message to try to get your CC information or to ruin your account (in WoW standards it would be to sell all your toons gear and possibly delete them, for CR i'd suspect they would just use it in a way that mods would end up perma-ban hammering your account.)

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know, I've moved this thread to support for now, but I would also suggest using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page as soon as possible. When it comes to billing, that's the fastest way to get things fixed up or confirmed, or to have any questions answered.

If you scroll down to the very bottom of any page on CR, you'll find a "Contact Us" link (under the "Support" heading). That is the fastest way to get support, as those submissions are checked before forum posts.

From what you've described, it sounds as if CR's system simply sent an e-mail it shouldn't have, and if you simply disregarded it, everything would be fine.
