Guess it depends where you are in the states and the traffic that's currently active. Sometimes I have no problems what-so-ever with 1080p. Other times, it's stops to buffer every 3 seconds or will stop to buffer for like 10 minutes when I can simply click a second behind and it will start playing again.. Sometimes, it takes me upwards to an hour to actually watch a video in 1080p... Never had a problem with it when I first joined Crunchy, but now it's come to be expected... Best part is you submit a claim and they pin it all on you, like you never even took the effort to fix it on your side. I've been a member since they picked up Naruto. Only in the past year and a half has it ever acted up like it does

This is with an over clocked gaming PC and the best non-business line I can get from Comcast.

Thanks for staying consistent CR /sarcasm

The only reason I stay is because of the content they score. Just wish they had as much integrity with their playback..

1080p works but I normally watch in 720p as I don't want to steal all the internet in the house.

My internet is pretty good, but my computer isn't, so I just watch in 720 so I don't have to wait for buffering.

I'm in a similar situation, so I felt I'd chime in here. I can watch video in 1080p... when Comcast allows it.
Sometimes, I can't even get Google to load, much less stream video.

I have been in the process of trying to get them to fix their shoddy cable for 2+ years now; sadly, they either are going through the motions or are extraordinarily inept. I suppose it could also be that the issue is incredibly difficult to diagnose, but 2 years to continually fail to do so?

Anyway, it is also true that sometimes Crunchyroll seems to act a bit wonky; for me, this is rare, but it may be that this happens a lot more often to you than it does to me, and maybe Comcast actually does good by you. If you haven't checked how your internet connection works for other sites when streaming is failing, though - to be honest, I suspect you have checked - it might be worth looking into. Maybe run a ping on google or something, see if you're timing out.

1080. Depending on what time it is and whether or not the internet is being overused, I can sometimes get alot to no lag.

Depends. At my parents' house, I can always stream 1080 no prob, but it varies at my apartment. Sometimes 1080 runs fine, other times I have to go down to 720 or even SD. I guess it slows down when there's too much traffic on the network. If 720 won't run smoothly, then typically I give up and wait a couple hours before trying again.

I can successfully stream at 1080p from the laptop.

However, the native resolution of my projector is only 720p so that's what I use.
