I can do 1080p without issues usually, but I stick to 720p by default. I'm watching on my PC instead of a big screen TV, so the difference between 720p and 1080p is pretty unnoticeable to me. CR is kinda wonky sometimes so instead of fighting with all of that it's just easier for me to stick to 720p where I (almost) never have issues.

The main thing that kills me, which doesn't have to do with bandwidth, is when I'm watching an episode and it just decides that it's going to cut off and then start the countdown to skip to the next episode. This issue has existed for a long time, but they've never fixed it.

That issue is annoying and I wish they'd fix it, though I suppose it does add a certain excitement to my viewing as I madly try to reload the page before it redirects while keeping track of the elapsed time in case I have to return to it manually.

Crunchyroll has this unique feature to stream movies in 2160i. But only if you pay the ultimate membership fee of 200$ a month.

Not. 1080p obviously.

My connection and equipment is more than able to handle 1080p, but during peak hours 1080p and sometimes even 720p are not achievable. It is disappointing to say the least, I think it is largely a peering issue between myself and Crunchyroll. One day maybe they will straighten out the mess that is causing slowdowns from anything originating from the west coast.

I am going to switch to a new provider in April, we will see if that improves the situation at all.

SD, but I really don't mind.
*I do, however, get rather irritated when it stops mid-episode and jumps forward.

I have pretty good internet connection and computers, but apparently not good enough for 1080. Which is a pity, since it would look really nice when watching on a TV screen.

1080p works very well for me mostly. I feel like the 1080p on Crunchyroll is better looking then any other 1080p stream I have ever tried, whether it be from youtube or another player. It just looks so perfect and crisp on Crunchyroll
