I was just wanting "The Greatest Love" and in the middle of ep2 the video stopped and now it's saying "Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region." WTH?? And now when I try pulling up any Dramas.. there aren't any there at all !!

That's weird...It works for me fine.

If you click the "contact us" link at the bottom of the webpage (under "Support") and scroll down to the bottom of the form, what does it say your detected country is? (It should be in a section that looks like this:

I note your profile shows you are in Maryland, but customer support replied saying the system indicates you are in the UK. If that is incorrect, and you are indeed in Maryland (or at least elsewhere in the US or Canada), try logging out and back in, and check if your detected country is then correct.

Thanks guyz/galz.. I logged out before I left from work yesterday and when I came back in I logged in again and I checked my detected region and it shows US now.. No clue how that happened or why it showed UK before. How knows.. But the correct shows are now showing up.
