Does this happen to anyone else????

I know I have nothing planned for the next day so I plan to watch anime till 2 or 3 am, buuuutttt fall asleep watching before midnight.

Then on days where I have to wake up at like 6am or 7am for school, I can't fall asleep!!!

Right now I usually sleep around 7 in the afternoon and only get around 4 hours of sleep for the day since I'm unable to go back to sleep. This usually lasts around a month or so and it comes and goes every few months.

I have work everyday at 7am, and I watch anime and read manga till 2-3am everyday. I should stop for awhile, and rest. I also have sleep apnea. That is a real disorder.

sort of. When I plan on staying up I fall asleep without notice, no drowsiness at all, sucks how shocked I am when I wake up.
I have 0 problems going to sleep though, fall asleep in less than 10 minutes

Yeah, used to at least. Then I got into green decaf tea and ambient space music. Another trick was to move all of my game consoles and my PC out of the bedroom. The brain, over time, learns to associate the bedroom with a place of relaxation, not for Battlefield marathons. Neuroplasticity is an amazing thing.

Yep. Its even worse when I have time in between semesters like now. Instead of trying to stay up til midnight I can barely make 10. Although I wouldn't necessarily call it a sleeping disorder.

I don't think that's sleep disorder....

Also, you probably don't have a sleep disorder.
Actual disorders are severe, if you stop entertaining yourself until four in the morning, you'll be able to sleep.
Eat some walnuts before you go to bed.

Impossible because I NEVER sleep.
