Sleeping Disorder

It's just your mindset.

You're probably like me; when I have school or somewhere i don't want to be the next day, I tend to stay awake longer because I want to spend as much time as possible before going to that unpleasant place tomorrow.

If I don't have to be somewhere the next day, then I'm more likely to sleep easily as I know that tomorrow I can waste all the time in the world.


In other words, we're both undisciplined and disorganized people.

I stay up until usually some time between 1 am and 3 am . I have school at 7:45 am and 8:45 am on Wednesday but it's still around those times I'm up until

I have a sleeping disorder called Insomnia. I can't go to sleep unless I take pills that were prescribed to me by my doctor.

Insomnia every now and then, as well as sleep paralysis and sleep walking during a blue moon.

Nope.. Never happens, if this were to happen it would happen only because I stayed up all night the previous night, then had been up all night and until it was like midday or something -.-

Also, you probably don't have a sleep disorder.
Actual disorders are severe, if you stop entertaining yourself until four in the morning, you'll be able to sleep.
Eat some walnuts before you go to bed.

I sleep maximum of 5-7 hours a day.
I work 2 jobs, college fulltime stay up till 12AM frequently.

insomnia kicks in from time to time, which sucks because I have work at 8:00 am and I can't sleep til 4 am :/

but when I do sleep, it doesn't let me sleep in on the weekends because my mental clock is awake O.o

and if they keep switching my schedule around, my mental clock will break and I will be sleeping at the most random times ever >.<

Drink tea or warm milk before you go to bed might help you sleep.
