"As the Gods Will" and "A Town Where You Live" are not on the iOS App.

Is this a licensing issue or an error?

Just to rule it out, do you have mature content set in your preferences: /acct/?action=video

It's set to show mature content.

While the mature content setting applies to video I'm pretty sure it does not at this time apply to manga (and I don't really know if it ever will).

Those two titles are missing from the app due to Apple's rules about content. I'm hoping something can be done that will make it possible for CR to provide access to them, but I don't know whether or not or when that would happen. (I know the same issue exists for Viz; very annoying.) There is a discussion about this in the forums somewhere. If I find it, I'll add a link here.

Response from support:

Thank you for your report.

This is a known issue and our engineers are looking into it now.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Regards,
~Porkington

I guess it could be an issue with Apple's App Store guidelines. They would probably have to make it a 17+ app like Comixology has.

Question:
Is it available in the Android app?

I'm sort of thinking of picking up a cheap-ish Android tablet as a cheap secondary/smaller/pocket-sized device. I can't quite justify a secondary tablet at the moment, but if i would genuinely allow to to access content (that I've subscribed to) that my iPad can't then I can probably swing putting a bit of cash aside for it quicker.

To answer my own question...

Yes, A Town Where You Live is on the Android version of the app. I'm borrowing (short-term) a currently spare tablet form the office, to see how well I get along with Android as a tablet platform.

Oddly, if I bookmark a page, it shows up on my iPad. But if I try to load it I get a "Missing series" error.

It's weird, too. I can't see anything about that series that could be questionable. Yet it doesn't show up on the one platform I use most...
And, no, as someone who owns a tablet and an e-reader specifically for reading in a handheld format, using the website isn't an option. And I can't really justifying a brand new tablet just for one single title - that's due to finish soon anyway. All it does is encourage me to use somewhat less legit apps.
