The best thing about anime is there is always more :)

I've had this feeling, especially after some of the first shows I watched simlucast were ending. It took me a really long time to be able to rewatch some anime but it helps, but I usually give myself a little time. A lot depends on how attached you get to it and the feelings the anime provoked in you.

Funny thing...I avoided watching the last two episodes of FMA Brotherhood when it was being dubbed in English because I wanted to avoid the feels (since I bawled like a baby reading the manga and I wanted to prepare myself emotionally). Then I FORGOT! LOL, I just realized recently and found it on Netflix and realized...I didn't finish this! Anyway, I won't let that happen again :). Anime is meant to be enjoyed even if it dies make you sad..or happy!!

That feeling just fuels my desire to watch more. After several hundred series I slowly realized that it's the source of my anime addiction I'm always trying to re-capture that feeling you get when you watch an amazing series for the first time that totally blows you away.

Well, you can watch the series, but not watch the last episode. It allows you to keep dreaming as to what will happen and you probably won't be crying over the ending, but some will say that it simply feels wrong.

I try to have hope that there may be a second season or a movie even if there isn't one and then eventually get over it

Attack on Titan was my most recent ending of an anime. Although, I did start reading the manga for it, but its just not the same. On another note...I just watched the last Naruto and I refuse to read that manga. I'm not sure why, but I can only view the show. Don't judge me haha.

P.s - can anyone recommend something new? Action, drama etc.?

I have to really like the anime for this to happen and when it does I generally just sulk and mutter to myself "why did you end *sigh* " for a while

You should maybe check out Fate/Zero although it's pretty dark at some parts. Although if your looking for something different I'd recommend Kyousougiga. If you do watch it just remember to pay attention as it goes at a VERY fast pace at the beginning.
