I'm the sort of person who'd probably become insane if I'm immortal long enough, so "f*ck no" to that. Excaliber is a horrendously annoying creature, so "NO!" "Everywhere" includes bathrooms, to boot. "Absolute choice" threatens my free will. No. Therefore, I choose "animal zodiac," because I can hug/be hugged just fine as my my zodiac (monkey), and a monkey transformation can be handy. Besides, since we're apparently following the example set by Fruit Basket, I'll still have my human wits about me.

EDIT:

Also, I may turn into a cute monkey and/or one of significant danger to threats.

Ugh!...I'll go for either Noucome or Fruits Basket. I wouldn't mind immortality normally, but considering some of the worse case scenarios (been thrown into the streets then falling off a cliff; drowning at the sea; Having dragon eat me; etc.,) I kindly refuse. As for Excalibur....just no.
now to eliminate one of the final 2..ummm....well, since no one ever hugs me (I escape hugs) FuruBa is not interesting, so I'll go for Absolute Choice.
Would like it if I got a cute, red-haired, feisty, loli-sensei and a silver haired, pettanko, tsundere girl with a crush on me as a bonus.

Interesting to see people choose immortality for impatient reasons.

For immortality, if you'd wanna jump off a cliff or get run over by a truck to know how it feels like, wouldn't you be in so much pain from your injuries? Unless immortality automatically comes with extremely fast healing and high endurance.
If not, then you'd live forever with let's say missing legs or some nonfunctional body organs, or you'd probably end up like hidan from naruto only you can't die from lack of protein or something. That's a nightmare imo

I don't know of anything but that and the fruit basket curse. I'd choose the latter, I'd probably go lesbian, or lie that I'm a highly skilled magician when the accident happens.

What about after you've dominated the world? You'll basically just plummet the world into chaos and ruin and then what will be left for you to enjoy? Eternal life will be seriously boring that way.

Unrelated to my reply to the quote above, if I had to choose from one of these 4 options I'd choose immortality.

It might get boring after a while and there is always the risk of insanity and it's not like we were really given any details about what "immortality" truly means. If somebody cuts off my leg do I lose it forever or does it magically reattach itself? I'd have to find out on my own once I'm immortal. That's just one of the risks that you take by choosing this curse. What am I really going to do once I'm immortal anyways? I was thinking about travelling around the world(here's hoping immortality makes me immune to diseases) and learning about everything I want and even some things I'm not particularly interested in but could still come in handy. But what do I do after I've done all of this? How long would all of that even take? Probably not much more than a normal life time. What am I supposed to do with immortality if I can't even think further than a normal lifetime? I imagine a lonely and sad existence. Insanity is always around the corner with immortality. It might not be the best choice after all. I'd still choose it though. #immortal #yolo

I think immortality would be fun for the first few centuries, but then it would get old.

The joy of life comes from the fact that it ends.

How much can you really enjoy with immortality, think of it like this you'd outlive all your family and friends and experience all the hate and pain of the world.

Immortality would suck after awhile certainly. I'd probably try to go into a deep sleep and wake up every 100 years if I can lol.

Absolute Choice. No. Just no. Those choices can do weird things....

Fruits Basket thing: Just from hugging the opposite gender you turn into an animal huh... I'm the tiger but nah....that whole curse with the Zodiac in Fruits Basket didn't really make that much sense...

I'd pick Excalibur following me everywhere. I like that annoying little guy! He's company to say the least.

I'll go with the Fruit Baskets choice. I don't like the idea of Immortality. After seeing a lot of the things in this world, eventually you'll get bored of it, not to mention the death of your friends and family and loved ones. Plus, being realistically, i bet people would want to find out how you got your immortality, hunt you down, and do whatever they would to you to test things on you. Just my thought on it.

The real curse that absolute immortality can be is made manifest in an "And I Must Scream" situation.
