Cowboy Bebop. Only dub I ever really liked. Steven Blum (Spike) is the only English voice actor I respect. But overall, that english dub cast for Cowboy Bebop was the most well-rounded group.

I also appreciate Richard Cansino's work as Kenshin Himura. His voice really made Kenshin likeable for me, that it did.

Outside of that, I really can't stand dubs.

Disney gets some high powered talent for it's Studio Ghibli releases, so those are kind of on a different level.

Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell SAC are both very, very good. However, my all time favorite is Golden Boy. It's such a difficult role to voice, but Doug Smith nails it. The rest of the cast is pretty mediocre, but Smith's performance as Kintaro is my all time favorite.

Dragon Ball Z, especially when compared to the Japanese voices.

Ignoring voices since cultural differences will define what we consider good, I am judging purely on the quality of the english voice actors.

Ghost in the shell: SAC - This series, the character voices really fit the images presented by the animators. It almost is like the show was animated for english. The movies I find are better subbed. The harsher world presented plus the difference in style lends itself better to the sharp vocabulary of the Japanese language.

Seto no Hanayome (My bride is a mermaid) - I dont know and don't care what was originally said in the Japanese version really. It was a comedy and the voicing and vocabulary that was used plus tone just made the whole show. It was the subtle things that really set the english voice acting apart. Fujshiro saying everything in a questioning tone was something I would never have gotten if I had watched it subtitled! Plus Nakajima jokes again wouldn't have been funny since the subtitles would have ruined the surprize. Also he has subtitle jokes.

That's easy Last Exile Fam,The Silver Wing,Kenichi The Mightiest Disciple, School Rumble,Sgt.Frog, One Piece. Last Exile Fam,The Sliver Wing was probably the best out of them all because they nailed the dub actors and actresses on that one.Last Exile Fam,The Silver Wing is also the only show That I have watched in my life BOTH subbed and dubbed, I have to give credit to the anime for doing that Because I have seen a lot of animes that either you can't stand the dubbed or subbed in a show, this didn't happen with this one I throroughly enjoyed both of the subbed and dubbed version

Same here. It's also the show that makes me frustrated with everyone else. Because if one dub studio could put actually effort into securing talent for an anime, why can't the rest? You can't tell me there aren't some starving actors out there that wouldn't take the opportunity who actually have talent. So, why do you settle on the store clerk around the corner with rocks in their mouth?

My two favorite dubs would have to be Berserk and Cowboy Bebop. They actually carry the essence of each character quite well.

Yuyu Hakusho because they actually rewrote the show for the dub. Nowadays we have companies too afraid to even translate attack names so we get crap like the Bleach dub not even translating the word for "key" and we get crap like Sentai leaving honorifics in a show like Bodacious Space Pirates (which does not even take place in Japan and the honorifics have no significance to the plot). We need more companies willing to put in the minimum effort to actually write a good dub.
