I'm not sure if I'd say it's the best dub I've ever heard, but I've been watching the dubbed version of Sankarea lately and I feel like the voices and lines fit perfectly, maybe even better than the original.

Baccano! It is the best in my opinion because the setting is in northern America, so the dub fits.

Baccano or Wolf's Rain. Death Note has an excellent dub.
Darker than Black and Ouran had very good dubs as well.
Cowboy Bebop and Code Geass have good dubs too.

There are a lot, I just can't really think of them right now.

Kuwabara alone makes the dub perfect!

Samurai Champloo and Rurouni Kenshin are good too.

Dokkoida?! had an amazing dub that was actually better than the original japanese actors and they took enough liberties with the script to make what was an average series come alive.

I have seen a bunch of anime with the english adr becuase my love one only watches it in that way.

So far Funimation, BangZoom ,Ocean, Animaze/Omni Production did some really good ADR work over the years.Of course the Ghibli/Disney ones are excellent as well.

Since I was an acting student right around the time I was watching anime again , the first one that impressed me the most was Ghost in the Shell.
Thats how I got to know Mary,Crispin and Richard Epcar and became their biggest fans of them and their work. I have seen those guys over the years, took their class , and now they know me by name. ,

And right around 2005 Animaze redid Cowboy Beebop...

Then Funimation did Trigun,FMA FullMetal Panic,Samurai 7 and some .Ocean did Inuyasha and then Death Note. BangZoom did Chobits, Samurai Champloo , especially Durarara , that is not an easy title to do.

but there are some the ADR quality is frustrating to watch.
