There is apparently two Oda Nobunaga themed anime coming out next season, which one are you looking forward to more?
Nobunagun is about a young lady getting dragged into an intergalactic battle where all of Earth's most influential people have their souls juxtaposed into weapons. She gets a giant gatling gun with Nobunaga's soul and uses to to fight aliens. Hence the name, Nobunagun. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=15678

Nobunaga the Fool is a what if story detailing a fictional meeting of a younger, more brash Oda Nobunaga meeting with Joan of Arc. Two planets, East and West were seperated a long time ago. Nobunaga lives on the East planet and comes up with a plan to save his world. Joan lives on the West planet with her friend Leonardo Da Vinci and decides to visit the East planet just because. It's warring states meets rom/com and it will be hilarious.

Me, I pick Nobunaga the Fool, mostly because Joan of Arc is awesome but will probably end up watching both. Of course since they'll both be airing on January 5th, I will have to decide which to watch first.
Edit: Fixed my screw up on Fool's description.

Nobunagun for me! I really enjoy the manga and it looks like it could be fun animated. Girl as a gun has been done before and girl as Nobunaga has been done before but both at the same time! LOL. It is better than it sounds...

Both of them.

Kill la Kill second cour seems like it's heading in a Nobunaga direction too, so I'm looking forward to that as well.

Neither, really. I'll probably give both a shot, depending on who gets the rights to both, but I'm not looking forward to any of the new properties next season, aside from Space Dandy.

seriously, someone needs to make this happen... great series that needs a sequel!

of the winter 2014 two, I'm interested and plan to watch both Nobunaga the Fool and Nobunagun. more interested in Nobunaga the Fool, to be honest.

Definitely watching Nobunaga the Fool, though I'll probably check out Nobunagun since I usually like to check out at least one anime from a season who's description makes me not want to watch it. It's worked out for me so far so I don't see any point in stopping.

I may give both a try, I liked Sengoku Otome. Dropped Sengoku Basara and Sengoku Collection though.

I came here simply to reply

"The day they stop making Nobunaga a female 17 Year old sex object"

But then I realized you're talking about upcoming anime.

so.....the day they stop making Nobunaga a 17 year old female sex object...or you know, a 30 year old Double D's adult woman cougar sex object..take your pick.

Nobunaga the Fool however....that looks rather interesting. I'm fearful it'll end up more like Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, which was, as the title suggested, straight out of nowhere in it's absurdity. History, Medieval Knights, Mecha Coin-op Witches......like, what?
But nothing bad can happen from Joan of Arc, and it looks like the story has a set premise so, I'm looking forward to that one.

Can't we have a manly cool Nobunaga for once? He said, ignoring the shows in which Nobunaga is portrayed as such.

perhaps i just want Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Warriors style, in Anime form. Nobunaga I don't actually know anything about...like at all. I gotta look him up sometime...maybe.
