こんいちわ!
I am a Canadian male self-teaching myself Japanese. I am fluent in English and in the beginning stages of learning Japanese. My ethnicity is Japanese/Hispanic, and I want to learn Japanese to get in touch with my own heritage. I feel like I won't have a feeling of self-fulfillment until I am able to do so fluently.
I have textbooks, programs, games, and CDs, all capable of teaching me in different ways. But they can't do the one thing that I want most: conversation.
I was wondering if there is anyone on here who is capable of speaking Japanese who would be willing to chat with me on Skype to strengthen my understanding of the language. If you are looking to improve your English, I could help with that as well.
Message me if you are interested, or just go ahead and add me on Skype!

Hi there. I'm closing this because individual personal/help threads aren't generally allowed in the forums. However, we do have a thread regarding Language Learning where this would be appropriate. Please post it in that existing thread instead.

Thanks!
