I'm having a quiet night in drinking Rum & Coke watching anime. What do you prefer?

I'm not sure if this is against the terms of service if it is I do apologize.

When in doubt, go with rum & coke. But not a huge fan of any of those straight.

Chimay Grand Reserve chilled to about 45°F (I like it a little cooler than cellar temp, so that it doesn't get too warm by the end of the bottle), poured in a Chimay goblet, served with Chimay cheese (Usually their Classic with crackers). Once you go Chimay, you'll never want to drink any other beer.

Sometimes I like bourbon, neat. Whatever I can get for free from family members. If I buy it myself, I usually get Knob Creek.

Gin is my spirit of choice at the moment but I still really enjoy vodka and whiskey.

Sambuca. It's like liquorice, except it gets you drunk and you can set it on fire.

It's between rum and peated scotch, I like them about the same when it comes to distilled alcohol.

If you like Chimay Blue try Rochefort 8 and Rochefort 10, they're two other trappist abbey ales and they're awesome, similar in style to Chimay Blue.

Whiskey for me. A good Glenlivet is a nice option or sometimes I slum it with the blended varieties.

To the person that mentioned Chimay, very nice choice. I would also recommend Orval or Westmalle (either the dubbel or tripel will do nicely, depending on your mood).
