The music here is slowly changing and Asian ecspecially the Korean bands r getting better and better so it might take awhile but i think eventually they will get excepted here but theres always going to b those few jack asses who make comments about their english or the way they dress and basically they're making fun of them means they noticed them enough to make comments!

There's a high percentage that they would. Just look at Wonder Girls.

no, Americans have too much pride to let the "minority" to try to take over their industry.
Kpop is becoming more americanized and its gonna get made fun of for their english in the lyrics which half the time does not make sense.
Cpop is already really successful in China and with the amount of population China has, they don't need to promote overseas.
Jpop <-- not sure cuz i dont really listen to Jpop

I don't think they would accept Asian rappers.
As for singers.. Taeyang might be able to do okay in the American market. I remember him ranking in 1st on Canada R&B chart and 3rd in the US and Japan R&B album chart. I don't think many other artists would be accepted here, many have tried but failed -- BoA, Wonder Girls, Se7en, Utada Hikaru. Well American music is different from Kpop and Jpop, some people might like it. It seriously depends on their personal preference.

No, the US has enough good rappers, and a whole bunch of shitty rappers too, so there can't practically be any more room.
As for R&B singers, well Taeyang could be the only one, because no other kpop singer can do R&B on that level.
And pop musicians ? Well if Coco Lee, Wondergirls, BoA and Hikaru Utada, pretty musch failed, then that just prooves that's not going to happen.

Overall, no. Groups like Morning Musume or SNSD wouldn't be accepted simply because the girl group concept & style isn't popular over here. That's part of the reason why the Wonder Girls failed to gain any popularity. While rappers have a better chance, they'll probably fly under the radar as well. 2NE1 is supposed to debut under that dude from BEP, but I doubt they're going to make any waves.

Americans by and large are closed minded individuals. and they do not like what they don't understand. now i realize that is an inflammatory statement. but i am talking the mainstream. unless it sounds "American" it won't make it on radio. example...i used to work in a gas station i would bring my ipod and radio and crank it on the graveyard shift. One night while listening to Seatbelts "gotta knock a little harder" i had customers coming in and slamming me for what was on the radio.
i mean when is the last time that you saw a foreign language song top or even chart in the U.S. mainstream? not a english speaking/singing song. i can not think of any titles. i think the last title i can think of is "macarena" back in the 90s.
i am not trying to start an argument, but that is my opinion. you may agree or not. but i love all music. i recently ordered for import
Hatsune Miku - Project DIVA - 2nd Nonstop Mix Collection (Japan Version) for my daughter she is 12 and loves asian music. she does not listen to U.S. mainstream. i think i got a bit off topic sorry about that.
