What the best ways you have to relax after being frustrated or angry?

I rarely get properly angry, but if I do, it tends to fade pretty quickly; I'm fairly easygoing in that respect. I'm more likely to feel a bit depressed, especially when I get bored e.g. during long holidays, in which I case I just distract myself with drama, dancing, my EPQ, friends etc. ...

...and tea. Tea solves EVERYTHING

Certain light hearted animes probably can do the trick. But i've never been properly angry while watching one before.

I know Jazz works on me. Throw on some Jazz, read a Manga like Kimi ni Todoke or something similar, and I am set to be calm.

I usually treat myself to something.

It could be steamed dumplings from my favorite restaurant, or just head to a shop and impulse buy something i don't really need. It doesn't have to be much of an item, but something new usually puts a hop in my step.

Shoveling snow, because the weather and manual labor make it very difficult for me to focus on anger for long. Also, soaking my feet in an epson salt/hot water mixture, and sleeping.
