What the best ways you have to relax after being frustrated or angry?

Anime really takes away a lot of stress for me. My last semester of school REALLY took a lot out of me. I seemed to be studying/memorizing/doing quizzes etc. nonstop for a whole four and a half months. So I made a deal with myself that I'd give it my all until 10 pm at night and then I could watch anime as a stress reliever until I went to bed. It definitely without a doubt got me through the semester. I love anime.

Aye, ditto.
I find that I pretty much stop watching anime when I'm on break, but tend to search out series the more stressed I become. I stop thinking about everything and just mindlessly do work, while focusing on the days that shows come out to get me through the quarter. Kimi to Boku and Tsuritama were absolute life savers when I was applying for college.

Anime usually does it for me, unless of course anime is the cause of my anger and frustration. Kimi ni Todoke was one of those for me. When that happens, I calm down with a cup of chai tea to refrain from punching a hole through the computer screen.

Rock back and forth in the couch with my head tucked between my legs repeating "Everything is going to be ok." That, or play Sybreed and start coding a new website system for anything random.

“Dammit I’m mad.
Evil is a deed as I live.
God, am I reviled? I rise, my bed on a sun, I melt.
To be not one man emanating is sad. I piss.
Alas, it is so late. Who stops to help?
Man, it is hot. I’m in it. I tell.
I am not a devil. I level “Mad Dog”.
Ah, say burning is, as a deified gulp,
In my halo of a mired rum tin.
I erase many men. Oh, to be man, a sin.
Is evil in a clam? In a trap?
No. It is open. On it I was stuck.
Rats peed on hope. Elsewhere dips a web.
Be still if I fill its ebb.
Ew, a spider… eh?
We sleep. Oh no!
Deep, stark cuts saw it in one position.
Part animal, can I live? Sin is a name.
Both, one… my names are in it.
Murder? I’m a fool.
A hymn I plug, deified as a sign in ruby ash.
A Goddam level I lived at.
On mail let it in. I’m it.
Oh, sit in ample hot spots. Oh wet!
A loss it is alas (sip). I’d assign it a name.N
ame not one bottle minus an ode by me:
“Sir, I deliver. I’m a dog”
Evil is a deed as I live.
Dammit I’m mad.

Extreme and uncontrolled violence!

Of course enjoyed in one of my combat games with simulator controls.

I play with the cat for about 15 minutes or so, then go for a drive, maybe have a smoke. If it's really bad I'll hit up a Mexican drive-through and get some greasy goodness (but then my stomach will get mad at me, so I've been avoiding that lately).

I strip down naked and beat all the neighbourhood children with a waffle iron. Failing that I listen to music or play games.
