Why bother announcing this if it's not going to be subtitled in English? Way to waste a slot on the line-up.

Where you can see DAISUKI's simulcast announcements, please? Can't find it in their site.

I found out at ANN:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-01-10/daisuki-to-stream-buddy-complex-nisekoi-world-conquest-anime

I can't say I'm surprised about Daisuki not having information at their site yet, as they seem to be slow about that, but I do find it odd it hasn't been posted to their Twitter feed.

Really French and German countries only? what about North America? This I don't like going back to Funi My world is officially ruined

P.S if you read, they said SUBTITLES, the actual countries have yet to be announced. Focus more on reading before you make accusations and change sites :C

If it's subtitled in German and French only, it might as well only be broadcast in France, French Canada, and Germany. It's pointless to broadcast it anywhere else. You need to read, and think about the implications of what you read, before you give anyone else crap.

Great to see another J-Drama , but I get a 404 page for the link (but maybe it will be available at the time stated above).

A 404 error for a newly announced title isn't unusual.

LOL. Now you understand how people in many other countries feel when a title is announced and it isn't available for their region.

It can't really "waste" a slot, since there aren't a finite number. They stop being added when CR stops making announcements.

Apparently you don't have an understanding of where these two languages are spoken. Just for starters:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_where_French_is_an_official_language
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German-speaking_Europe

I'll also highlight this little tidbit:

German is the main language of approximately 95 to 100 million people in Europe, or 13.3% of all Europeans, being the second most spoken native language in Europe after Russian (with 144 million speakers), above French (with 66.5 million) and English (with 64.2 million).

So note that more people in Europe speak German than French, and more of them speak French than English.

Yep, no reason at all to simulcast anywhere but those two countries and one region you mentioned.

Thanks a lot. Good to see that Buddy Complex is streaming worldwide elsewhere. As for NO-RIN, probably FUNimation didn't share the license for USA/Canada and Crunchyroll is streaming to other regions, but since we only have french and german subtitles as of now, it could also mean that CR doesn't have the license for Latin America and/or some european countries such as Spain and Portugal. I've checked the respectives spanish and portuguese counterparts of CR and there's no word about NO-RIN from their end either. There's already an announcement at their french counterpart, but no information on regions or something else beside the info that it's gonna be streaming for "Crunchyroll premium members and 1 week later for free users"

I'm in the US and I can add NO-RIN to my queue, so that means it's subbed in English right?

Ahhh ok. Don't know what the fuss is all about, we basically get every simulcast CR throws at us. Can't have it all of course.

You can always add any series to your queue, whether it's subbed in English or not and even whether it's available in your country or not. Edit: Beaten by Aryoch.

Actually, I don't know if anyone else has noticed it already, but the other news article specifically states that it will be subtitled in German and French only.

Yes, some people noticed already, but the information given here is rather ambiguous.
