I always pick CR over Funi - Funi's site and mobile apps are vastly inferior, and Funi doesn't have a usable queue function

When NiseKoi was first announced it also said it wasn't available in my region, but it's there now. It's probably just that they haven't updated.

I find it unlikely that CR will do ONLY French and German - at least they've never done that before...

There's probably a very good reason for them to be taking this long to give us the full details.

am guessing FUNI have the rights to hole English sub and dub version for hole world . this what i hate about copyright and licensing some times people just go greedy and stop other people from watching it

why am bit funni about EU changing the rules to have one zone for hole of copyright and licensing mean some other place can by copyright say France and then just wont it France only and blocks out uk and Germany and other places

copyright and licensing is just being used for GREED AND SELFISHNESS IN TO DAYS WORLD

sorry shit at English

a company that's not based in that country should not be able to buy rights to other country rights if there not willing to show it in that country ..

Technically they didn't say that there WON'T be English subtitles--just that there will be French and German subtitles. If Crunchyroll streams this in North America I'm sure there will be English subtitles.

However it's quite possible that Funi has an exclusive deal for North America and Crunchroll only got the European rights.

I never understood the whole pointless US vs Europe thing. I find it childish and ignorant. Although I usually see more Americans doing it than Europe, guess there has to be at least one European out there to troll or argue.

Even if they don't get it here, its not like it will stop me from watching it. I've been watching anime long before Crunchyroll and will continue regardless if this service is still around. I love CR and find it way better than other services and is the main reason why I chose to sub. I'm not really disappointed to be honest, they already gave us a ton of great shows for the season. No Rin will just have to be watched by other means.

And still, they call themselves Americans, even though there's a whole other bunch of countries below them that make up the whole continent. Pretty narcissist, in my opinion.

Really thats sucks manually tracking what episode of an anime I last watched isn't nearly as convienent like everyone else had no choice before with fan subs. But now Crunchyroll and Netflix have spoiled me in that regard with there queue option when it comes to watching anime and shows most convienent way to watch imo especialy if you watch alot like me.

Not all queue are good though hulu queue is an example of how not to do a queue makes no sense to me last time I used it CR and NF queue are way better. Anyways hope i can watch this here in the U.S or I'll probably just skip it like almost all anime CR doesn't get.

So I can watch No-Rin but on the other hand I can't because of lack of English subtitles? C'mon CR give us English subtitles, please.

Fuzzytipsy in the Winter 2014 anime thread looked at the rss feed and confirmed the regions are most of Europe and the Middle East

From rss feed: bh ir iq il jo kw lb om ps qa sa sy ae ye ad at be cz fr de hu it li lu nl pl ro ch tr dz yt ma re tn
In order, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, State of Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syrian Arab Republic, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey, Algeria, Mayotte, Morocco, Réunion, Tunisia.

Feel bad for UK, Ireland and Scandinavia and also Spain and Portugal being left out. But this is great news for a lot of Europe(and the Middle East and North Africa).

EDIT: As an American, I figured that we wouldn't get this at all, but since Crunchyroll is an international site, I'll cheer for CR expanding availability to other nations.

You'd think Funi and Anime Network would get their act together and implement a queue function. I use both sites - mostly to watch Sentai and Funi dubs, not usually for simulcasts though.

But it's kind of pointless if they do it like this... What is the point for wide European licensing if they use only two languages and none of them is English, I don't know French and I don't know German well enough to watch episode with German subtitles. I've subbed to English site not German or French...

If one gets a license to show it in pretty much all of Europe, why not show it everywhere you can?
German and French cover a large percentage of Europeans eventually.

^Yes and that is why those 2 languages are available, but still large percentage doesn't mean 100%.
But I somehow can understand why there is no English. Western European users will watch in their languages and users in other licensed regions are in too few number, so translating to English wouldn't be profitable.

Page says it isn't available in my reigon, not sure if that's because it's new or if that's how things are going to be. Since it's already on FUNi, it's not like we can't watch it, and it's always nice to see the oft neglected European regions getting more anime.
