Blood-type discrimination doesn't really come up here, but it's an issue in Japan. They classify personalities based on blood type the same way we do with date of birth.

The way Japanese people use blood types to describe personalities is likely the same way Americans use horoscopes. I doubt a Japanese person would want to work for an employer that asked for their blood type in their job interview.

I hate to say this and putting on my flame proof undies. But I think racism is hard wired into our DNA. We will all ways favor our own race over others that is just the way it is. t goes back to when one group climed down from tree A and saw the group from tree B and didn't like the looks of them

my DNA must have wired wrong then.

Racism is still an issue today and so is discrimination, anyone that says otherwise is simply and arrogant/ignorant fool.

Just saying - is there anyone who thinks racism is actually good? And by anyone, I mean anyone who isn't awful.

I've run into a few apologists on the net who disingenuously ask "why is racism wrong?" It's kind of apalling actually.

Racism is absolutely stupid since all races are really just one race that splintered from each other.

It makes sense... to stupid people.

I kinda hate to admit it, but I'm the same way. As long as one can tell that it's not intended to be offensive, hurtful and are not in super bad taste, and is just playfully poking fun at stereotypes, I find those kinds of jokes to be hilarious...

I'm less racist than my father, but more racist that I hope my daughter will be.

I grew up with "the n word" flung around like it was an article. I learned stereotypes from my father. Luckily, my mother was quick to jump on him when she heard them. There's a large age gap between my parents. So, my father is quite old and grew up in a time when blacks and whites were even less equal than they are now. My mother grew up in a time a little after her father experienced racism because he was German.

I know racism is wrong, but it was very hard for awhile to no think stereotypical thoughts. I, even now, sometimes have to catch myself thinking something stereotypical and remind myself it's not right. I never thought myself superior to any race though.

I have a daughter of my own now. I want her to be less racist than I am. I go out of my way to watch diverse shows on TV with people of different races, religions, or orientations. I don't say anything about it because I don't want her to think it's abnormal.

I think that's the way humans should go. Racism isn't something that is going to just all of a sudden disappear someday. However, as long as each generation is raised less and less racist, then we're going in the right direction. Change takes time.

You should treat all people the same, unless they deserve to be treated otherwise for being a dick, or a bad person or something.

Reading this made me happy. It's good that you're self aware and that you're doing the best you can to raise a child that treats other people equally.
Keep up the good work.

A hundred years ago there was racism. Today there is still racism. Even a hundred years from now there will still be racism. It's a sad and disgusting part of human nature that I fear will never be eradicated.

base on my observations, these racist whites wanna look so superior than any other race cause they got everything, etc.
they do have a big ego and they think that they own the whole entire universe. lol
sounds so psychotic.

only few of these white people know that there are other countries in the map. they accept other races.

it reminds of Nazism in Germany a long time ago. they killed people just bcoz they're not Germans. they're Jewish.
