Green Tea doesn't make you lose weight.. tell your friend exercise and eating less junk food will help her..but green tea is good for your health

green tea has its benefits and also its bad side. since most of the good side already said i will say the bad side. it increases calcium loss compared to red tea

it does have antioxidants and give you higher metabolism, it can help you become healthy but u stil have to do the work yourself

there is no 'key' to being healthy. Too many factors play a role. behavior, environment, genes, diet, blah, blah.

Also, there is no 'easy' or 'key-holy-grail-way' of losing weight. Because for one thing, evolutionarily, the body seeks to have fat reserves because that helped early humans survive in the wild. Now that there is so much variety of food (and a lot of crappy food at that) and is all super accessible, is easier for that adaptation to lose usefulness and become harmful.

Balance your food, and keep your body active. As simple as that. Diets and the like only help either limited and temporarily or are even harmful.

Asian actresses and actors are thin because of genes, and well, that's what some actors do, maintain a certain image you know?

Anyways, yes green tea helps to loose weight but is not a 'key' like you said.
Anything in excess is harmful, I'm pretty sure there is a recommended dosage of green tea. Too much of it could not be good.
Let's not forget the possible effects it could have if you are under a certain medicine.
