Tea is healthy, but you shouldn't depend so much on it. You still need daily excercise and such. It does help you with health problems, but it can't always help you. On another note, I used to drink green tea daily (Only about once a week now.)

green tea definitely will help you to lose weight, but besides that, one needs to exercise and eat lesser n order to hav a more effective weigh loss... besides its effect in losing weight, green tea contain a substance that can be used as antioxidant, which means it helps to fight free radical, thus reduce the risk of cancers...and green tea is traditionally used in anti-aging remedies as well...green tea helps to control blood cholesterol and helps to improve blood circulation...

however, green tea is also diuretics, thus one hav to increase water intake when drinking green tea.. water here means plain water..not green tea....

drinking green tea isn't the key of health but it is healthy it helps you digest fat,prevents prostate cancer,protects your teeth and gum,and has a power of relaxation when it's mixed with ment...

1. get up

2. break everything electronic

3. Excercise

4. Meet diversty of people even if you don't like them

5. get a rival

6. sex.

what i do is that i drink around 2-3 glasses of water (250ml a glass) before i have a meal at home eg dinner. this kinda helps me get a little bit full, thus it'll kinda reduce how much you eat since the water will tend to make you a little bit full.

oh well..might not work for you guys
just my 2 cents.

I put kalamansi and honey into my green tea. Very healthy but don't drink yourself to death with it.

But green tea alone will not save America from obesity.

Tell her to find a fun activity that involves movement and and.. stuff.. yeah. Sports, woo. And eat healthy, of course.

I remember I read somewhere that green tea alone if you drink everyday (not sure if more than once) will make you lose half a kilogram in a month...

Just eat 2-3 carrots each day and you'll become yellow soon..

It's coz of excessive intake of vitamin A.
