Now that is a great response! I agree that the manga's ending was quite bad since I did not care for the little girl at all and wanted them to fight through the age gap problem as well.

Yeah. The ending was extremely disappointing and did not really resolve anything, IMO.

Had put this off to the side, but after hearing that it ended, and what you guys said about the ending. I read the first chapter, a while back when it first was released, but didn't read any further due to other interest at the time. Now I power read all of it, and even though the ending wasn't satisfactory for me. I still enjoyed it though.

I think the ending could have been better. But it definitely could've been worse.

I really enjoyed the story, however the ending was most definitely rushed. Although I'd rather is be rushed as it was then just end with no conclusion at all. It wasn't a completely satisfactory ending, especially due to the entire age-gap relationship they had spent the entire manga building leading to nothing, but at least it was a more realistic ending. And at least he had shown feelings for Riri at previous times, so it wasn't a complete joke ending off with that relationship coming to fruition. I was also pleased that they showed the other relationships happening, although they did seem to just come out of left field in the last few chapters.

I like decisive conclusions, and this was decisive enough for me to walk away pleased, just disappointed that more could have been done.

Enjoyable series.

Rushed disappointing ending.

Though I am fine with who ended up with who it was clear probably 5 to 10 chapters ago that the series suddenly shifted and the last two or three chapters obviously showed that either the mangaka was done with the series or it got axed because everything seemed to be happening all at once and towards an ending the rest of the series didn't lead towards.

Really disappointed with how they wrapped things up. Although I didn't expect much after reading that it was ending a few months ago.

Very disappointed with the ending of this story. But as poorly as this was concluded the very worst part of it for me was at the bottom of the last page where it says "Look forward to Mutsuki-Sensei's next work!"

It was a very well written and drawn manga, but if you are going to just give up at the end it is a disservice to both your fans and your story. I will instead be forced to 'look out for Mutsuki-Sensei's next work.'

my thoughts exactly. its not how rushed it was, its how it was handled. reminds my of ai yorshi, a gripping love story for the first 4 ep, then the author says 'nah, bro just f*ck it' and turns it into a mindless harem.

same here. a age gap romace that had ever indication of working, then mangaka is like 'F8ck it' and ends its, crapping on the first 30 chapters. he and seo are on my shit list of authors.

This seems to be an axed manga--in which case the fault isn't so much the author's as the publishers (and/or the audience for not creating enough demand for it):

The last volume feels like he's trying to wrap up all of the loose ends as quickly as possible. It doesn't always make a lot of sense, but I think I'd rather see that than to have the author just leave all the loose ends hanging, which is often what happens in these cases. As for who Jun ends up with:

I can only assume that the mange was cancelled and the author had to wrap things up quickly and figured out that he hadn't put nearly enough into the relationship between the two main characters to have any believably for him to choose her. In a way, it seems like everyone ended up with someone that was not quite right for them.

Very disappointed in the ending! I didn't expect very much when I found out the series was going to be wrapped up. I'm assuming it was cancelled, because the storyline was unfolding nicely and then BAM, over.
Imean, that ending could have been okay with a little more time to ease into it, but it was waaaay too rushed and left me feeling unfulfilled. What a huge let down. Hopefully Mutsuki-sensei's next work will bring out more of the author's potential.
