I have recently contacted Crunchyroll about the problem with an extra charge that I believe is an error. The money I sent to rixty was suppose to renew my anime subscription automatically. It did, however, it took my money again and canceled my anime subscription. This happen on Thursday and I am still pissed! should I just spend money again and wait for them to solve this problem? I still want my Premium membership but was cheated and my money was taken away!

Btw, here's what happen.

How recently did you contact them? There is some customer support on weekends, but you might need to wait until Monday for a full response. If you reported it it earlier in the week and you used the Contact Us link, make sure that you are looking for a reply in your email that is associated with your account, and not in your CR Private Message inbox. Also, be sure that messages from CR aren't hitting your Spam box. Those are the most common reasons I see as to why someone hasn't received (or thinks they haven't received) a reply from customer support.

Well I contacted them on Thursday and contacted them yesterday. I get no response! I even checked the Spam folder, still no response! I believe they have ether cheated my money or maybe Crunchyroll is still processing everything.
