How long does it take support to get back to me? I want to cancel my premium membership auto renewal but not the premium I have already paid for.

I'm sick and tired of all the issues that go unsolved on this site and will be using fansubs that never have streaming issues for now on.

I say start blasting messages to "Contact Us" and PM the support staff to expediate this.

I'm answering this here, so not answering your email. I've cancelled recurring payments you're good through 2/6 and then the sub will expire.

Zen - Please don't tell people to email blast me. You can suggest that people PM me to take a look at something faster. Or reach out to a Moderator because they can contact me as well.

I guess that was taken differently. I used "blast" by sending as much messages to different people as possible to get the fastest response, not putting you or anybody on the stage and just giving you an earful or just spamming just one individual. I did say something similar to what you said on my post.

Besides, this is a service industry isn't it. The customer has no need to make any apologies if they want to cancel their service as soon as possible.

(Don't really know if you guys have a landline customer support.)
