strongest in strength- then i gatta say gintama from MAR and Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou or blassreiter.
strongest in power- i gatta say yoshimori from kekkaishi because he can create that one barrier of protection and destruction.
strongest overall- i have to give this one a tie between yoshimori and accelerator in to aru majutsu no index, because of his ability called redirection, he can pretty much controll anything he makes contact with and if needed to be range he can create plasma's and manipulate objects and shoot em and ect..
