If you say strong. Luffy would probably be considered very strong o.o with his 2nd gear and 3rd gear <----this thing gives me the creeps every time he uses it i mean mini-luffy after big huge random body part O.O lol and he can dam right take a lot of damage thats for sure.

cmon people. These new anime characters still got noting on Gogeta and Majinn Buu. MAYBE just MAYBE Gurren Lagann Dan but that was a collection of characters and their powers combined to throw universes which is bat**** holy crap i must be on drugs insane.

hanyuu and rika from higurashi could beat anyone. if rika died, hanyuu could reset time and rika could find a way to avert her death.
haruhi from haruhi. she controlls the universe.
cartman from the anime episode of south park, if that counts. he has lots of amazing powers like invisibility and the power to turn people into chickens.
if mech pilots are included, then kira in the strike freedom. i hated that season, as it was an exact combination of Gundam seed and zz gundam, and the end sucked so much, they redid it, but the mech battles were well choreographed.
and lastly, naru from love hina. has anyone seen how powerful her punches are? move over goku.
