Kanade Tachibana because of her powers and dodges. Mai because of her emotions she puts into her fights. And Aria for her fierce aiming and complicated moves.

As part of Death Note's rule, Death Note users can't kill non-humans. In other words, Kira can't kill Goku using the Death Note since the latter came from an alien race.
