When I finished Angel Beats I was like: well fuck this shity sadness.

Guilty Crown in the part when some of the female character have to sold their body for information, or in the end when a good soldier end saving the rogue enemy pilot from being shoot at the elevator, I was like: those are things that real people would do despite being a si-fi fantasy theme anime. and the obvious the end too.

The Full Metal Alchemist 2003 anime where they couldn't`t reach their goals of returning their bodies and all tragic feeltrip at once.

Spice and Wolf, Cowboy Bebop... To be honest, any anime that I actually enjoy makes me die a little on the inside when it ends.

The end of Yu Yu Hakusho is so great! The last arc is full of back story for all the characters so you know it is ending soon, but you just don't want it to. And then BAM last episode hits and everyone is happy and starting a new adventure with sense of completeness of everything that happened before. It left me feeling so many feels XD fulfillment, happiness, nostalgia, anticipation, love, GAH so good!

YYH is easily my favorite anime series.

I do get that way with anime, movies, TV shows, games and books. Chrono Crusade is one of my favourite animes, and that ending still gets to me.

Couldn't of said it better myself.

While all of my elementary school friends harped on and on about DBZ/GT, I felt like the odd minority who watched YYH back when it started airing on Adult Swim. It's always felt so terribly underrated. I've heard Hunter X Hunter is something of a spiritual successor to it so I'll be sure to check that out when I have the time. I tried getting into Bleach too... I really did.. for whatever reason it didn't jive with me after the first few arcs.

I'm actually not all that bothered when a good series ends.

Why?

Better than seeing it get cancelled.

Happens all the time with TV shows (Invasion, Revolution, Reaper) which just leave people with dangling plot threads. It sucks. Even if the ending/conclusion aren't totally satisfying, I'd rather it actually have an ending/conclusion than just end.

I have definitely felt this. Thank Netflix for that xD But, it's not hard to get over, or is depending how you feel.
Took me like a week to get over one I watched haha
