I used to be a huge zoids fan back in the day and just re-watched the series. My favorite zoid was the berserk fury. If you haven't seen this anime i say check it out its really good. I wish they would re-do this and make a new series.

I vaguely remember watching some of the earlier Zoids. My favorite though was the last one, Zoids Genesis was it? I liked how the main character actually came up with strategies for a lot of things.

That was a good series, i remember waking up early before school to watch this in the morning. I had forgotten lots of parts to it so i re-watched it and it still holds up to today's anime.

Out of the 2 series I remember, Chaotic Century (Thanks to the post below me to refresh my memory) with Vaan and Fiona was my favorite. Used to watch this show before school. It was timed perfect. When it ended, my school bus would arrive like 5 minutes later lol. My favorite one was the Lightning Saix. I think it was this model lol!!!!! Been awhile.

Chaotic Century and Guardian Force (the two of them make the first series of Zoids) are still the best thing about anything dealing with Zoids. The other series are pretty bad in comparison. I really wish I could see the subbed version just to see how different everything is from the Dub... As for the best Zoid ever... Berserk Fury is cool and all, but there is only ONE best Zoid...

Nothing is cooler than the Geno-Breaker! And with Raven as a pilot... Watch out guys!

I remember watching this, my fav was the Liger Zero and all of it's different load outs.
The toys were cool too.. it was like pseudo-model kits and they had wind-up motors, they were legit.

I freaking LOVED this series. Seeing the various shows in this franchise appear on Toonami combined with G Gundam is why I am a pretty big mecha fan.

I totally wrote fanfiction for this series back in middle school. I was such a huge fan of this. I think it was the first anime I actually got into on my own. >_<

Did anyone else collect the models, too? And I've never watched Fuzors or Genesis, are they worth a watch?

What I remember most is the number of times I would tune in near the end of Chaotic Century on CN only to see it restart at the beginning. That is, until the day this finally arrived:

Also looking back at it, this franchise had some damn good CGI animation for its time. Hell it doesn't look god awful now, either.
