Also looking back at it, this franchise had some damn good CGI animation for its time. Hell it doesn't look god awful now, either.

Thats exactly why I reached it. I usually dont go back and revisit an old childhood series but the animation was amazing for something thats old.

What I remember most is the number of times I would tune in near the end of Chaotic Century on CN only to see it restart at the beginning.

I remember that, too. Didn't see the ending until until my brother bought the DVDs years later (I think we must not have had cable whenever the final four eps aired).

I found according to the ANN encyclopedia entry the series started on CN on February 18, 2002, and the Final Four aired on January 4, 2003. In reality, that would mean time for not quite 4 airings of the first 64 episodes, but it certainly felt like more.

Check it out!!!!! I have a moving robot of the first post. I know, it's covered in dust, but I remember making this with my mom, I was such a kid. Yes, it moves: walks forward, and opens and closes the tail parts. I would like to watch the anime. Finally, something I can relate to my childhood days!

I just recently got ahold of the series and actually started making GIFs of it. http://iamblueranger.tumblr.com/tagged/zoids

Liger Zero was my favorite zoid, such a classic show but it's hard to rewatch due to the terrible dub. Still a rad and awesome show though.

I used to be a huge zoids fan back in the day and just re-watched the series. My favorite zoid was the berserk fury. If you haven't seen this anime i say check it out its really good. I wish they would re-do this and make a new series.
