Whenever I try and stream a video, it just shows a green screen, but the audio still plays. It also slows down my phone substantially: tapping the screen to bring up the button bar takes a few seconds and it freezes my phone for a couple seconds if I try to lock it or close the app.

Streaming over WiFi with a Galaxy S4 running android version 4.3 and app version 0.9.3.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it doesn't seem to matter if the show is old or new or in the middle or at the beginning of the video.

Uh oh. It looks like your Adobe flash player storage is full. You're right -- no amount of installing or uninstalling is going to help, because the Adobe settings manager is online -- all of the junk you've picked up is stored there.

No worries -- the fix is easy.

Go here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

Next, go to the Website Storage Settings panel (it has a folder on the tab). It should be the next-to-last option.

Choose, "Delete all sites." Agree to the prompt asking if you're sure (because you are), and reboot your device. It may take one or two more attempts, but the problem should be fixed.

Mind, I'm working (and streaming) on an HP Pavilion Notebook, but I don't think that should matter.

For any other PC users reading this post: I also recommend good antivirus software. Other bugs will compound the Green Screen problem (learned that from experience, unfortunately. I'm still trying to figure out how to turn my old Toshiba Satellite on without booting in Safe Mode.)

I believe you missed that this isn't on a PC, but the Android app on a Galaxy S4. No Adobe Flash is involved.

Okay.

I'm old fashioned, so I don't have a smart phone. Only PC fixes from me!
