My most recent one was where I was in a standard living room chilling with people (people because I dont remember who) and then all of a sudden they like...turn into ghastly looking people with flesh missing and I hear a voice saying "if they kill you you will relive this nightmare." I apparently died several times and the most vivid thing I can remember is being eaten. >_<

Try doing stretches before bed and after you get up. I dunno, it worked for me with dreams like that.

Do I do that in my dream? Or is this when I wake up. If so does it actually help with going back to sleep? I normally just play some light music and switch to sleeping in a reclining chair.

No, you do this in your waking life, your real life. You're ready to get in that recliner, put on the light music and stretch before you totally give up on being awake.

As a warning, it might lead to more tossing and turning.

My dreams always consist of me falling in some way or another.
falling down a flight of stairs, falling off a cliff, falling from a building, falling from the sky etc.

I only remember the weird dreams. I've been playing candy crush. I've stopped playing the game in reality but my dreams persist.. I have to find a new game :(. Games like tetris and minesweeper make their way into my dreams lol, headache.

In almost all of my dreams, I am always someone else. Whether male or female, old or young. I don't have power but, am simply an entity observing someone else's life through their eyes. Most of my dreams are very surreal and fantasy like. I see a lot beautiful things in my dreams. I write them down so I can remember the beautiful things I've seen.

I have had a recurring dream that revolves around multiple people at a theme park . It was always at sunset, same clouds and purple/orange hues. A silhouette of a Ferris wheel would always be here in the background. I have had four. It took me a while to figure out the order of events from different dreams.

In every nightmare I have, I am always myself. Which makes it very scary. Its one of the reasons that I have a deep fear of pregnant women. I have had multiple nightmares about pregnant women.

Many dreams feel very real. I have eaten and tasted food. I have felt horrible pain and just the experience of feeling things as if I was awake. Some dreams are so amazing, I have to take a moment to remember who I am when I wake up.
