From what I've eaten, Balut.
Or a durian smoothie. Actually, the durian smoothie might have been a lot worse than the balut.

You win. Come by and pick up the Internet, It's your's for a week. Try not to break it, as that pisses Al Gore off.

Asides from meat and various insects/animals etc I would say:

Beetroot
Piccadilly
Marmalade
Pickled Egg
Cheese Strings

So many disgusting foods out there

Now that I think about it, I love food. And my taste buds have tasted the strangest exotic delicacies. Such as rattle snake and liver.

But I absolutely hate pickles and mustard. >_<

... such a broad range of tastes and dislikes, the shear number of times I've said "really?" in my head... goes to show just how diverse people are I suppose.

... like my step brother, will eat things with tomato sauce but absolutely hates eating tomato. I can't understand how anyone can dislike tomato so much, or carrots for that matter too.

~~~~ But back onto topic ~~~~
In my mind Sprouts have to be the nastiest food.. cos they stink! They turn human (males who don't seem to care and never hold back, even in enclosed work environments, and right next to me) in to deadly gas bombs... plus they always set off a gag reflex for me whenever I've tried to eat them.
There are probably worse foods for taste, smell, texture, and shear scary off putting visual presentation... but Sprouts are the one food that forces those who hate them (namely me) to suffer under the consequential results of those that love them.
There was this rotten egg salad I bit into once.
Mushrooms. Eurgh. They have the texture of (what I'd imagine) slugs, they taste like stagnant pond water and to top it off it's a fungus.
Just. No.
I had a raw dead duck or chicken embryo. It made me want to rinse my mouth with bleach.
A select few of these foods qualify for this nasty food award. Most of you guys are just picky or are eating improperly prepared food ^.^
Pork liver is fantastic, had pork liver instant noodles once and I loved it.
Foie gras is pretty good too (in the form of foie gras sushi).
I disliked durian when I tried it, probably because the smell influenced the taste a bit. Not my type of fruit or dessert.
Surströmming has my curiosity, but I'd probably need an open field and a nose clip in order to eat it.
