If you had the choice to choose a combat ability/power what would you choose?
Don't choose something ridiculously OP like the ability to warp reality to kill everyone, Choose something that has a flaw, like if i choose to control fire you can win by having chosen water.

I want you to choose an ability that you could use in a fight with another person that also have some kind of power. Support is also allowed (something like shields/barriers and healing), you can also choose something related to your body like extreme speed or superhuman strength.

The power to manipulate gravity. The power comes from the fact I can increase and decrease it as much as I desire but my weakness would be that it can only affect things in a 20 metre radius.

Plasmids...

Yes, from Bioshock:

Altering your genetic code, and in some cases gaining supernatural powers, with the power of a goo that a sea slug secretes called "Adam".

These powers range from lightning at your fingertips with Electro Bolt to lifting things with your mind with Telekinesis to, my personal favorite, raining fire upon your target with a snap of your fingers with Incinerate.

However, people who use this genetic goo too often will get addicted, eventually becoming mutated freaks.

So it's not something most of us want?

If you can suppress the urge, it won't mutate you.

Only overuse will.

Plus, it's a small price to pay for flicking flames like friggin' Roy Mustang.

"Wrath of the Gods was an epic tale that
tattered over time and devolved into the
modern Force. This primal form of Force
emits a shockwave that also inflicts damage."

Unlimited castings of Wrath

1. Space manipulation
-The ability to create spatial portals, useful for tricky combat maneuvers and "sneak" attacks.

Weakness: Limited to visual range.

2. Time manipulation.
-The ability to slow down, pause, or speed up time.

Weakness: Cannot affect personal time (time manipulation only affects the world), so normal aging process still applies to user (e.g. will bleed out and age in "normal" time).

Can't have both!

{Blood Weapon Creation}
[The ability to copy an array of weapons using ones own blood, not limited to physical weapons.]

Though I guess it would have a hell of a weakness if you created giant weapons like Clouds Buster Sword.

Power:

Expelling air blasts, super-heated air blasts, and flame-thrower-like fire blasts from my hands. Clasping my fingers against the inside of my hands to reduce the area of expulsion results in thinner, more precise attacks that travel farther, much in the way that partially blocking the end of a hose effects water flow. When I am in peak condition, the maximum range of attacks are roughly 20 yards, and the concentrated flow allows for an additional 10-15 yards; however, the blasts can be very short and weak, like bursts. The temperature of the hot air is unstable. The super-heated air is usually 212-932 F, but are known to reach temperatures of 2600-2700 F, hot enough to melt stainless steel. The temperature of the fire blast is similar to that of conventional flame-throwers, and temperatures of 1500-2700 F are expected. The temperature of the unheated air blasts is unremarkable, and is akin to expelled human breathe. I am impervious to the heat generated by my powers. The wind speed and strength of the air blasts rank from 2-12 on the modern Beaufort scale (4-74+ mph). The highest is 96-110 mph (Category 2 hurricane strength on the Saffir-Simpson hurricane wind scale chart). Generally, the blasts average at 47-54 mph (tropical depression/storm on the Saffir-Simpson and 9 on the Beaufort).

Drawback:

Control and power is better with my dominant right hand, and the amount of concentration needed to use the powers makes it so that I can't breath and use my powers at the same time. Can't even hold my breathe. Given that I also have asthma, the mental strain and lack of a reliable oxygen supply takes a significant toll on my stamina, making the power a liability during extended battles. Also, the powers are better geared towards mid to long-range fights, giving me a distinct weakness against close-quarter combat. The accuracy, flow, and temperatures are entirely dependent upon my ability, making the effectiveness unreliable, too. Finally, being immune to the temperatures of my abilities, I may accidentally harm/kill, due to my obliviousness.

EDIT:

This was inspired by a dream I had a few days ago. The part about not being able to breath sucks.
