Normally loose leaf tea. Variety depends on my mood, but always have at least one cup of green and chamomile a day. I also love oolong.

Constant Comment. Tea is the patient mans drink and the process has been wonderful for quitting smoking. That one has the best flavor and considering I love milk or cream with my tea; the flavoring is a wonderful pairing with it.

I like milk, but I think goat milk is the best. The only other "milk" I would drink is coconut milk and I thought about making some shrimp recipe with it. Tea is great, but I think coconut milk is an underrated contender.

Traditional English Breakfast tea, and also straight black coffee of any variety

Tea out of those options. Really don't have a preference as I like all types of tea.
