I have been subscribed on a trial basis for <3 hours and the service has been unbearably slow. i honestly appreciate them letting you try it out before you buy at least now it wont cost me 7 bucks to find out (<3333333333333). BTW It's amazing value for all the content you provide but the streaming service really needs to be improved.

Even if the service cost twice as much i would gladly pay assuming that i could watch anything of a decent quality without it constantly freezing (takes me an hour to watch 30 minutes of SD footage and it requires constant page refreshing..)

Anything below 480p uses <1mbps of bandwidth tops. it's vexing to me that you cannot provide even such a modest amount of bandwidth constantly to your customers (had a brief scan through all the complaint threads of similar nature) and even though it sounds like a good-ol bag of lulz - running through the endless loops of level 1 support i'm sure you can provide. We both know that it's beyond any immediate problem that i can fix by changing a few settings in my router (ie. poor routing - packet loss, Server load, etc.)

but don't get me twisted i'm not creating this post to just to needlessly whine into the ethers of the interwebs. I'm merely providing some consumer feedback and even though i won't be "continuing" my subscription i really do appreciate what CR is trying to provide. Thanks

Hi,

Since you were posting this as feedback, I hope you don't mind, but I moved it to the Feedback section. Streaming quality is a big issue, and a fix is being worked on - hopefully when it rolls out you can try the service again, I'll try to have a weekend pass for you then to test it out!

I once waited 2 and a half hours to watch an sd version of the ending credits to Hunter X Hunter.

However, I have recently moved, gotten a new wireless provider and gateway, and now it works fine. Hardly no waiting at all. So, it might be your wifi/service provider, or your constant refreshing of pages.

Of course, streaming immediately after a new episode is out may make it worse, if there's a lot of people using the service to access the same episode.

Who is your current Internet provider? I think a lot of Verizon customers are currently having issues due to a dispute between them and another provider, Cogent.

I sometimes have issues and I wonder whos end it is on..Don't think its me...I know I don't have the fatest internet but should stream 720p pretty well. Its very up and down

for several days, the website has been lagging for me. I can't navigate anywhere...
