I would say the clothing I wear is generally shades of black, blue, and grey with just a tiny bit of dark red and browns thrown in randomly. I've never been able to wear a variety of colors because it just doesn't feel comfortable to me. However, it doesn't mean I haven't picked up a purple or green colored shirt and tried it on at the store to see how I look. Also, I think black, blue and grey are very neutral colors which are great for any occasion.

I also buy some clothing on based on the event or occasion such as going to a club or party. Thinking about it for a moment, buying clothes for certain events or occasions has opened the doors for me to try out different styles. However, I am a huge fan of jackets/blazers because they look great and you can wear them for multiple situations. I do care about how I look so I have caught myself looking at other guys and envying their style and thinking if I can pull off their look.

I like to dress well. I’m willing to wear something that is a little uncomfortable (like tight jeans) if I think I look good in it or get compliments from friends. I’ve sunk a fair amount of money into my wardrobe, which is pretty nice and sizable and has a lot of colorful skater/surfer brand stuff, some v-necks, pull over sweaters, and some nerdy things that I don’t really care what others think because I like them! When I get clothes, it’s a really simple process, and I know what I want to fit my own sense of style at a glance. That said, my sense of style has largely been influenced by my older sister and my female friends.

When it comes to clothing, I subscribe to the advice of Thomas Jefferson: “In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock.”

I wear clothes that look fresh i guess... I also like geeky or music band clothing and t-shirts. I just wear what I want IMO, but I guess i might be influenced by the metal scene and the geek culture, just a way to say "Hey that's who I am and what I like".

A pair of jeans ,a blue sweatshirt, and a ball cap.Pretty much the same thing I've worn since I was 15.I'm not prone to fashion whimsy.

I like grays, dark blues, and blacks myself. They go in pretty much any combination with each other so I don't have to think about it. Solid colors only. I wouldn't mind logos, but clothing in the price brackets I look at is more or less all the same, so there's no reason to advertise. I probably wouldn't mind shirts with dragons on 'em or something if I could find them.

When I buy pants, or shoes and try them on.... I look around to make sure no one is looking, and then I throw cautious, then vigorous side kicks to test 'em out. My influence is "training junkie".

I'd actually probably wear sweatpants everywhere but they don't have enough pockets when I leave the house, LOL.

I buy whatever I like/looks nice. Bonus points if it's not too expensive and if it's comfortable. I don't really like most of the styles that are trending right now in my region but luckily I did a 6-month work abroad in China and was able to buy a mountain of cute things. Chiffon dresses, fun tops, chic skirts, and shoes to die for--life's too short to worry about other people's opinions; I'd rather dress the way I want to instead

Yeah, same here I pick what I want.

i don't base what i wear on what i think people will like, i dress based on what i like. if anything, i try to avoid dressing the same as everybody else.

Lots of skirts. Comfortable and easy to mix with solid colored tops. But really, I don't honestly care a whole lot about what people think about how I dress, but I like looking somewhat put together just for myself. Sometimes i'll try to find some item and it's not really trending or whatever, and if I can't find something satisfactory (Or it's wayy too expensive/overpriced) then I'll just make my own. I also really enjoy getting cute stuff from thrift/resale stores.

At home, good luck finding me in anything more than a shirt... and maybe pants if its colder.

When I go over to friends, or when I know they are coming over i'll at least put on sweatpants. My shirts that I wear at home or at a friends range from ones with silly sayings, like my "Now Accepting Applications For a Japanese Girlfriend" or "Save Second Base" t-shirts, to simple one color or two color shirts.

But when i'm going out, bars, clubs, movies, even sometimes school... pretty much where ever I will be seen by other people who are not necessarily friends, I tend to dress up just a bit more. I will wear nicer shirts, usually button ups, wear a blazer, wear nice dark colored jeans, or even slacks.

I tend to wear for the most part darker colors, other than my occasional white shirt. My jeans and slacks seem to be evenly split between light colored and dark colored.

But even with all of this, I won't wear something uncomfortable. I do not go for tight pants or shirts unless I have just gained weight .... which really doesnt bother me other than the fact my clothes are not fitting...

Ah, one random thing for me whenever I'm selecting clothing, especially shoes, I ask myself, "If someone were to leap out from hiding with a knife and attack me, would this piece of clothing impede my ability to fight back or run away?" If it would, then I won't get it (with a few exceptions, mostly formal wear). A bit of paranoia perhaps, but it's something I do!

I always wear what I like. It might be jeans sometimes, or a dress I got at Zara. I will admit I like shopping at Zara and Armani Exchange, but that has no correspondence with what society wants. I get what I feel the most confident and comfortable in

Uhh
I'm very picky at everything, clothes especially since I'm such a shorty and I'm flat chested so some clothes can make me look less girly than I like

I always, always choose clothes based on their
First - brands. I don't wanna buy one of those cheaps because I honestly can't pull it off
Then colors (I like boring, and odd colors, they don't really go together god I suck at styling myself sometimes)
I usually grab everything that looks hella cute (I'm picky though so there aren't many from one store usually)
Then I'll see if it;s comfortable and suits me well.
Last comes the price, the part where I cry and sob the most
