Community features on CR apps

I'm curious to know if others want community features for CR apps? Being able to access my profile, the forums, my messages and friends list would be cool but thus far all the CR enabled devices I've used don't have this, the CR app is usually a barebones temperamental streaming app.

Am I the only one who would like to see community features added to CR apps? Surely not...

Not at all.

Although I think updating the app to support full HD streaming would be more of a priority. That and chromecast support *cough cough*.

One of my favorite things to do after watching an episode is read the comments and I can't do that from my tablet, which is where I stream a majority of my CR content due to unknown lag issues on my perfectly capable desktop.

I wouldn't mind being able to at least see if I have notifications and maybe be able to access my inbox or profile. But implementing the forums seems... well for me tedious on mobile. Even if it is a specifically mobile forum.

Doesn't matter much too me though. The XBox One isn't supported right now. Windows as far as I remember doesn't have an App so that rules out my SurfacePro (other than just using internet explorer), and I don't use my phone to watch Anime. Also i'm home nearly all day everyday so I might as well just use my computer anyway.

If I get bored I could hook up my computer to my HDTV. But i'm just hoping they will come out with a XBox One app so I can skip the middleman... so to speak. Middleman here being me having to unhook it from my monitors moving the computer and then hooking it up to my TV whereas the xbox is already conveniently hooked up.

I would like it. It is kind of a pain to go to the website for the forums on my phone. I would use it a lot to tell you the truth since I go to school and work and don't have much down time.

It'd be great for me at work, instead of having to use the website, which is really cumbersome on smartphones in my experience. (it's not a mobile adaptation of the site, just the full site so I suppose it's more accurate to say smartphones are cumbersome using the site!)
